1, dimensional accuracy

Refers to the actual working size of the processed parts and parts of the tolerance size and range.

Accuracy is controlled by the size tolerance. Dimensional tolerance is the allowable deviation of the part size in the cutting process. When the basic size is the same, the smaller the dimensional tolerance, the higher the dimensional accuracy.

2, shape accuracy

Generally when designing mechanical parts and determining machining accuracy, attention should be paid to controlling the shape error in the position tolerance, and the position error should be smaller than the size tolerance.
